We focus on making delicious poke bowls while using local produce, sustainable fish, and innovative ingredients.
The Poke Hale was started with the goal of providing nutritious and flavorful sushi dishes in a more approachable way. We take all of the familiar flavors of sushi and put them in an easy to eat, portable, customizable, and affordable bowl.
